I'm Kaysie, an extension specialist and educator in Lincoln, NE. I've been doing extensions since 2016 and teaching them since 2019. No two heads of hair are the same, so I offer K-tips, weft extensions and mesh integration to find the right fit for you, wherever you're starting from.

K-Tip Extensions
K-Tip extensions are individual extensions with a keratin bond that are applied to the hair. The size of the bond can be completely customized depending on your hair density. K-tips offer 360 degrees of movement and hide effortlessly. K-tips are perfect for fine hair clients and clients that need hair closer to the hairline to create a seamless blend.

Hand-Tied Weft Extensions
Hand- Tied Weft extensions are sewn on to a beaded foundation placed around the head. The beaded foundation is concealed by the wefts. Multiple rows are sometimes placed on the head to achieve the desired length and thickness. Hand- Tied Weft extensions are perfect for clients wanting mermaid hair and clients with thicker hair.

Mesh Integration
Mesh integration is hair replacement system designed specifically for those with thinning hair or partial hair loss. If typical extensions can’t be applied to the hair, thats where mesh integration comes in. There is a closure install, partial mesh and full mesh install depending on what your hair needs. Mesh integration is perfect for clients growing their hair out from chemo, those with thinning hair, varying types of hair loss, and trans women looking to grow their hair out and don’t want to wear wigs.

K-tips: about 9-12 months with maintenance every 3-4 months . Wefts: about 12 months ,with move-ups every 6-10 weeks.
Mesh integration: about 9-12 months, with maintenance every 4-6 weeks.
Hair cost varies depending on the length and amount you need so it is not included in the install price. I'll go over all pricing during your consultation
Not when they're placed by a trained specialist, matched to your hair and cared for properly. I customize every install to your hair's density so it isn't under extra strain.

Yes, you can heat style them like your own hair. If you want a color change, book it with me so the extensions and your natural hair blend and stay healthy.
Yes. Braid or tie your hair back, rinse after chlorine or salt water, and dry your roots fully afterward so the bonds stay strong.
Use sulfate and paraben-free shampoo and conditioner, and keep oils and conditioner away from the bonds or wefts. I'll recommend specific products at your appointment.
